Furthermore, the gutter is integrated into the roof structure, protecting the container from the elements.
While shipping containers require special preparation to prevent ground damage, our demountable containers are the only ones on the market with a raised floor, made of OSB 3 boards laid on a metal frame. Therefore, if your land is flat and capable of supporting the container’s weight, no preparation is necessary. And if your land isn’t level enough, four concrete slabs are sufficient to support the container.
