Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal act for purposes that are neither commercial nor related to an independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the return costs for items that can be returned by post will be borne by us.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods within this 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning will be your responsibility.

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The delivery of non-prefabricated goods and goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalised to their individual needs;

  • The delivery of goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

  • The delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value may fluctuate according to the market, over which the trader has no influence;

  • The delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts).

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely for contracts for:

  • The delivery of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • The delivery of goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items;

  • The delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
