Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your container before signing the delivery note. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately before the delivery driver leaves.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make any claims.

Delivery Times and Free Shipping

Currently, delivery is FREE across the UK for all orders.

Estimated delivery timeline:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare your order.

• Delivery time: 5–8 working days (Monday to Friday) to deliver to your address.

• Total delivery time: 7–10 working days.

We always take your delivery preferences (day, time, etc.) into account and do our best to deliver under optimal conditions.

If your postal code is not recognised during checkout, please contact us directly, as it may be an oversight.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the following working day. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
