RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via www.conteneur.goelochrono.com. It sets out the conditions under which a customer may return a product and obtain a refund.
1. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
At COUNTER CONTAINER, we are committed to supplying products that meet the agreed specification and are of satisfactory quality.
If a container does not conform to the sales invoice, quotation, or agreed description, the Customer must notify COUNTER CONTAINER in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, providing full details of the alleged defect, including photographs where applicable.
Upon notification, COUNTER CONTAINER reserves the right to:
Carry out an on-site repair;
Arrange an off-site repair;
Replace the container;
Provide a price reduction or refund where required by law.
The Customer must allow COUNTER CONTAINER a reasonable opportunity to inspect the container before any remedial action is taken.
Failure to notify within the stated period may result in the container being deemed accepted and free from apparent defects.
Repairs or replacements will only be provided where the defect existed prior to delivery and was not caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper handling, modification, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Force Majeure
COUNTER CONTAINER shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, epidemics, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, transport disruption, governmental restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or supply chain failures.
3. Cancellation and Returns (Change of Mind – Consumers Only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.
To be eligible for a return:
The container must not have been used, modified, or damaged;
It must be empty;
It must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
The Customer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the container, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
4. Refunds
Once the returned container has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the return is approved:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method;
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Return transport costs are non-refundable unless the container was defective or supplied in error.
COUNTER CONTAINER reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs for:
Damage;
Missing components;
Cleaning;
Depreciation due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
